Order Policies

Welcome Packages

All new Wine Club members will receive a welcome package unless wine club registration was completed during the month of a regularly scheduled wine club shipment (February, May, September, November).  If registration was complete during a Wine Club shipment month, the Member will receive that month's Wine Club shipment instead. Welcome packages will include three bottles of wine and will be automatically processed within 48 hours after signup.  Those who do not wish to receive the welcome package must specifically request waiver of the welcome package witin 24 hours of signup by email info@reddyvineyards.com.

Shipping and Costs

Due to federal and state regulations, at this time Reddy Vineyards is only able to offer shipment of wine to customers within the states of Texas and California. Federal Express Ground is Reddy Vineyards’ carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided at current market rates and will be noted during the checkout process.  Appropriate destination-based sales tax will be applied when necessary.  Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 3-6 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.  Shipping to P.O. Boxes is prohibited.  Alternative shipping arrangements can be made by emailing us. Customer will be responsible for all shipping chargers regardless of his or her Wine Club membership or purchase amount. 

Payment

Orders can be made by credit card only.  We accept all major card providers including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Gift Cards

Wine Club Members may not use gift cards purchased with their Membership discounts on their own purchases.  Members in violation of this policy may have their Wine Club subscription cancelled. 

Purchase and Delivery Requirements

All orders must be placed by persons at least 21 years of age. Federal law requires a signature be obtained from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine shipments.  Wine cannot be delivered to visibility intoxicated persons or those who are unable to provide age verification.  Notes with a signature, left for the delivery companies, cannot be accepted as a replacement for an individual signing for the shipment. We recommend that orders be shipped to a business address for prompt delivery.  Shipping to P.O. Boxes is prohibited. Orders that are not delivered on the initial attempt may be held in a facility that is not temperature controlled.  Reddy Vineyards cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if delivery is not made on the first attempt.  Customer is responsible for all costs associated with unsuccessful delivery. 

Wines purchased from Reddy Vineyards are not for resale and are for personal consumption only. 

Damaged/Flawed Wines & Special Delivery Requests 

Reddy Vineyards guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. We will replace or refund your cost for any bottle of wine purchased through our website that is damaged or flawed. Wines purchased through retailers must be returned to them. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the products are corked or flawed. 

We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Weather damage may include leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. Please be sure to check shipping destination weather conditions before placing your order.  Customers bare the responsibility for product ordered during summer months that has become damaged due to excessive or prolonged heat exposure.  In order to mitiage the risk of product damage, Reddy Vineyards shall ship wines ordered during the months of June, July and August with single use ice packs. These packs may mitigate, but not eliminiate, the threat of damage due to excessive or prolonged heat exposure.  

If you wish to delay shipment of any goods purchased online, please note your preferred time period for shipment when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  You may also contact us at info@reddyvineyards.com for special delivery requests. 

Wine Club Shipments 

While Wine Club packages are scheduled to ship at regular intervals each quarter, shipments of Wine Club packages will be scheduled to minimize the threat of adverse weather conditions. Accordingly, shipments of Wine Club packages may be delayed until more favorable weather conditions prevail.  Wine Club Members will be informed of any delays in shipping products and will be provided with updated shipping estimates based on weather conditions.
