Our Texas winemaking services are second to none, and we are proud to be one of the top wineries in the state. Led by Dr. Akhil Reddy, Vijay Reddy PhD, and our Winemakers. Our team of experienced winemakers and viticulturists has been growing grapes since 1997 and are pioneers of the Texas wine industry. We work with small boutique wineries, startups, large wineries, companies, corporations, and groups, providing competitive pricing for Texas custom winemaking, custom crush, white label, private label, and bulk wine.

We offer a la carte wine services, including bulk white wine, bulk red wine, private label production, wine storage, wine analysis, barrel storage, bottling, TTB compliance, and TABC compliance. Our state-of-the-art storage facilities are temperature-controlled and monitored around the clock to ensure that your wine remains in optimal condition.

Our custom crush winery also provides grape pressing, grape juicing, oak treatment, and fine winemaking services. Standard Comprehensive Programs

  • Juicing – Pressing of grapes for white / rose, SO2 addition, clarification enzyme, settling aids, cold settling / flotation, brix check, clean rack off settling lees into client supplied vessel / tanker for shipout.
  • White / Rose Wine In Tank (Ferment to dry) – Completed at the end of alcoholic tank fermentation
  • White / Rose Wine in Tank  – Completed < 6months from fruit receival to bottle ready.
  • White / Rose Wine in Tank – Bottle ready wine, completed < 11months from fruit receival to bottle ready.
  • Saignee / Bleed for Rose – Rose made from juice removed from red lots tanks/crusher
  • White Wine in barrel Completed < 6months from fruit receival to bottle ready
  • White Wine in barrel  – Bottle ready wine, completed <11 months from fruit receival to bottle ready.
  • Red Wine– Completed at the end of alcoholic fermentation or 1 month from fruit receival to ship out
