We collect only what we need to sell you wine, host you, or answer you.

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, date of birth for age verification, and anything you type into a form or review.
• Order and booking records: what you bought or reserved, when, and where it went.
• Payment information is handled by our payment processors — Commerce7, Stripe and Vinoshipper. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and understand what people look for.

• To take and fulfil orders, reservations and club memberships.
• To verify that you are 21 or older, which the law requires before we can sell or ship you wine.
• To meet alcohol-licensing, tax and shipping-reporting obligations in the states we ship to.
• To answer enquiries and provide customer service.
• To send you email you have asked for, such as The Bobcat Bulletin or club release notices. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Only the parties needed to complete what you asked for:

• Vinoshipper — out-of-state order fulfilment, licensing and compliance reporting.
• Stripe — payment processing and the card hold that secures a tasting booking.

• Email and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
• Regulators, where alcohol licensing or tax law requires us to report a shipment.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone for their own marketing.

Order, shipping and age-verification records are kept for as long as alcohol licensing and tax law requires, which is generally several years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

This site is not directed at anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS, payment details go directly to our processors rather than through our servers, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
