Terms of Service

These terms apply to reddyvineyards.com, operated by Texas Red Wines LLC, 2149 US-380, Brownfield, TX 79316. By using the site or buying from us, you accept them.

You may only use this site, and only buy from us, if you are 21 years of age or older. By entering the site you confirm that you are.

Every wine delivery requires the signature of an adult aged 21 or over. Carriers will not leave wine at the door, and they will refuse delivery if nobody of age is there to sign. It is an offence to arrange delivery to a minor.

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when you submit it.
• We may decline or cancel an order — including where we cannot lawfully ship to the address, where a product is out of stock, or where we suspect fraud or an attempt to buy on behalf of a minor.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.
• Vintages change. Where a specific vintage sells out we may supply the current release and will tell you.

Wine shipping is regulated state by state. Texas and Florida orders ship direct from us; orders elsewhere are fulfilled through our Vinoshipper store, which verifies your address against the applicable licences before payment is taken.

Title and risk pass to you when the carrier collects the wine from us or our fulfilment partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or a failed delivery where nobody of age was available to sign.

Because wine is perishable and its handling cannot be verified once it leaves our control, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

• If a bottle arrives broken or leaking, tell us within 7 days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it.
• If a wine is faulty — corked, oxidised, or otherwise not as it should be — tell us within 30 days and we will make it right.
• If a shipment is returned to us because nobody was available to sign after three attempts, we will refund the wine less the outbound and return shipping.

Club membership renews automatically with each allocation until you pause or cancel. Full membership terms, including the two-allocation minimum and the notice period, are set out on the wine club page and form part of these terms.

You authorise us to charge the card on file before each allocation for wine, tax and shipping.

A valid card secures a tasting booking. Nothing is charged at the time of booking. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your arrival; inside 24 hours, or for a no-show, a fee of $25 per guest applies to the card on file.

We may refuse or end service to anyone who is intoxicated, or who cannot show they are 21 or over. Texas law requires this of us.

If you submit a review, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and your own words, and you give us permission to publish it on the site. We read every review before publishing and may decline ones that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or not from a genuine customer. We publish critical reviews as readily as favourable ones.

The text, photography, illustrations, logos and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors, and are provided as is for your information and personal use only. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without our written permission.

The Reddy name, the wordmark, the seal, the bobcat and La Chancla are our trade marks.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest or systematically collect data from it, or use bots, spiders or other automated means to access it.
• Use it to send unsolicited messages, or to harass, abuse or harm anyone.
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to reach.
• Attempt to buy alcohol on behalf of anyone under 21, or misrepresent your age.
• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or overburden it.

We may deny access to the site, without notice, to anyone who does any of these.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the site or our wines, you agree we may use them freely and without obligation to you. Reviews you submit remain your words, and are covered by the section above.

This site links to services we do not control — including our Commerce7 checkout, our Vinoshipper store, Stripe, our review profiles and our retailers' sites. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, and linking to them is not an endorsement of everything on them. Read their terms before you use them.

We may suspend or end your access to the site or to a club membership at any time, without notice, where you have broken these terms or where we are required to by law. If we do, you may not simply open a new account to get around it.

If something goes wrong, tell us first. You agree to raise any dispute with us informally and give us 30 days to resolve it before taking it further — most things are settled at this stage.

If it cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, seated in Texas, rather than in court. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Disputes are brought individually. You and we each waive the right to bring or take part in a class, collective or representative action.

This section does not prevent either of us from bringing an individual claim in small claims court, or from seeking an injunction to protect intellectual property.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised version. Material changes will be flagged on the site.

We provide the site as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss of data, for interruptions, or for transactions you enter into with third parties such as our retailers or fulfilment partners.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute.
