Yes — groups of up to 125 across indoor and outdoor space at our Stonewall tasting room in the Texas Hill Country. Corporate meetings and offsites, wedding-weekend parties, milestone birthdays and company celebrations. Space rental starts at $500, outside catering is welcome, and the wine is poured by the family who grew it.

Three good reasons to take the room.
The tasting room works because it is not a ballroom. It is a working winery’s room, on the Hill Country wine road, where the wine in the glass was grown by the family pouring it.

Get the team out of the office.
Board meetings, sales kick-offs, strategy days and team offsites, an hour from Austin. A room you can talk business in, with a tasting waiting when the work is done.
Wedding parties
Everything around the aisle.
Welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, morning-after brunches and bachelor or bachelorette afternoons — the gatherings that make a Hill Country wedding weekend. Take the patio under the live oaks when the weather is with you.
Private celebrations
Birthdays, anniversaries, sendoffs.
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, holiday parties and reunions. Bring your people; we will pour the wine we grew and made ourselves.

Getting everyone here
Straight off the highway.
We sit directly on US-290, the Hill Country wine road — a simple pull-in rather than a caliche track behind a gate. Bring the group by coach, shuttle or limo and set everyone down at the door: twenty minutes from Fredericksburg, an hour and a half from Austin, and no designated driver problem to solve.
Tell us how your party is arriving and we will have the room and the pour ready for the moment they walk in.

Where is the event space?
Our tasting room at 14746 US-290, Stonewall, Texas, in the heart of the Hill Country wine road — about twenty minutes from Fredericksburg and an hour and a half from Austin.
What kinds of events do you host?
Meetings and corporate offsites, wedding-weekend gatherings such as welcome parties and rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, holiday parties, and club or group visits.
How many guests can you host?
Up to 125, using the indoor room and the outdoor space together. Smaller groups take one part of the room — the bar, the lounge or the tables. Tell us your headcount and we will lay it out to suit.
Can our group arrive by coach or shuttle?
Yes — we are directly on US-290, so a coach, shuttle or limo can bring everyone straight to the door rather than down a back road. Tell us how the party is arriving and we will be ready for them.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Outside catering is welcome, so bring the caterer, the barbecue or the food truck you want. The wine is ours: it comes from our own estate, poured by our team.
What does it cost?
Space rental starts at $500. What it comes to depends on the date, which spaces you take, how long you have them and how the wine is served — send us the details and we will come back with a straight number.
How far ahead do we need to book?
Three business days at a minimum. Earlier is better for weekends in spring and autumn, when the Hill Country is busiest and the room goes first — but inside three days we cannot put it together properly.
